Family Fitness in Five
Family Fitness is a five day lifestyle health program for young busy families. Today's modern young families are facing a host of lifestyle diseases such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and stress. The Five Day Family Fitness will train families on how to implement a healthy lifestyle in their family to prevent and combat against these diseases naturally. The reason why many family fail at good health is simply they do not know how to implement it inside a busy and hectic schedule. Take a little time out for your family and let's show you how. There will be fun teaching sessions and exercises specifically designed for the children and their parents. This will be an experience that will change you family's fitness for life!

Accommodations:
Includes a private room for a family up to five. Each room features plenty of closet and dresser space your family. Enjoy the quiet and soothing rural country of south central North Carolina. Relax by our beautiful "Peace Pond" and listen to the birds sing you beautiful melodies.
Costs:
1 Family up to five (2 adults and 3 children under 18 year's old): $750
Deposit: A minimum deposit of $200 per family must accompany each application to secure a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at the of registration. If cancellation of reservations are made two weeks before arrival you will receive a 90% refund of deposit.

You should bring:
Personal grooming items
Clothing for the season: From April through October, the weather is from mild to very hot; from November through March, mildly warm at time to very cold especially in January.
Comfortable walking shoes
Casual clothing and clothing comfortable to exercise and do outside activities
Washer and dryer provided
Nearest Airport:
The nearest airport to our Lifestyle Health Retreat is Charlotte, NC about 1 hour east of the retreat. We would be happy to pick you from the airport and return you to the airport with a gas and service fee of $100 both ways.
