CherishSanitaryNapkinRadioactiveBeware: Radioactive Sanitary Pads – Inspired by Whom?

written by: Elene Rodgers (March 20, 2017)

A multi-level marketing company called Nspire Network LLC is now promoting its product called Cherish Premium Sanitary Pads. Maybe you've been approached by someone telling you that they were concerned about the women in your life and how pads are causing their health problems and the solution they give is to invest in Cherish pads promising health and wealth. Maybe you thought that because they contain cotton that they were good for you. But these pads contain more than cotton and after learning about the product you may question the source of their inspiration.

Cherish Premium Sanitary Napkins include a negative ion strip which the company claims may balance Ph and hormone levels and reduce inflammation along with other benefits. So what is this negative ion technology and is it really beneficial?

In Utah, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control became aware of the use of negative ion technology that “embeds negative ions in personal products and is currently being advertised as a means to maintain health, balance energy, and improve emotional well-being.” This official statement was given regarding it: “The DRC believes it is important for the public to understand that negative ion technology can be an alternate description for the use of radioactive material that produces negative ions. Negative ion technology can involve the use of minerals that contain a naturally occurring source of radiation such as thorium or uranium.” https://deq.utah.gov/Topics/Radiation/conprods/ionrad.htm

Yes, negative ion technology can be radioactive using gamma rays! This was confirmed by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission. “The minerals these products contain can vary from volcanic ash and titanium to less familiar ones such as tourmaline, zeolite, germanium and monazite sand. They may also contain naturally occurring radioactive elements, including uranium and thorium. In trace amounts, these materials do not warrant much attention. But the radioactive emissions—that is to say gamma rays—from several of these products were detected on entry to the country by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials using radiation monitoring equipment.https://public-blog.nrc-gateway.gov/2014/07/28/negative-ion-technology-what-you-should-know/

Gamma rays can penetrate the skin and require large amounts of mass to shield you from its harmful ionizing radiation. Think about it, lead apron shields or lead bricks are often used as a shield where radiation may be encountered. Unlike alpha radiation which can be blocked by the skin and beta radiation which can be blocked by foil, gamma rays are not easily blocked. “Protective clothing, goggles and respirators can protect from internal contact with or ingestion of alpha or beta emitting particles, but provide no protection from gamma radiation from external sources.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamma_ray

Different products have different amounts of radiation, so how much radiation has been detected in similar pads using negative ion technology?

Healthgate LLC is another company that markets a sanitary napkin called Anion that uses negative ion technology in their pads. Healthgate promoted their Anion sanitary napkins in October 2012. Anion claims their pads contain an anion layer which emits intensive anion stream beneficial to human health in the amount up to 5800 for cm3. That is a lot of ionizing radiation which is detectable. In March 2015, the customs department at an international airport confiscated 30 crates of Anion's feminine hygiene maxi pads which were contaminated with radioactive material. Upon examination, the Lebanese Atomic Energy Commission reported that the sanitary pads had 35 times more radiation than is permitted. www.nti.org/documents/1997/2015_global_incidents.xlsx (search 2015 database by entry code 2015382) Healthgate LLC is also making diapers for babies and the elderly using this same technology.

Like Cherish pads, Anion sanitary napkins promote the benefits of negative ion technology though their products emit ionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation by definition is radiation that carries enough energy to free electrons from atoms or molecules thereby ionizing them. Exposure to ionizing radiation causes damage to living cells, tissues, organs and therefore to the body. Ionizing radiation can cause birth defects, impair cognitive function, and increase the risks of heart disease and cancer among many other health hazards. A young teenager reported that she felt a tingling feeling and allergic reaction (perhaps a rash) after using Cherish pads but the risks are even greater than some realize. These radioactive pads are worn close to the ovaries for long periods of time and the ovaries are highly sensitive to ionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation can damage reproductive cells of the ovaries killing immature eggs called oocytes. “Because the number of oocytes is fixed shortly after birth, this loss can bring forward menopause – when the pool runs out – or cause infertility.” http://www.nature.com/news/2003/030129/full/news030127-5.html

Objects that emit ionizing radiation usually have the radioactive warning symbol. The purpose of this ionizing radiation symbol is to alert people of the danger so that they will take action to avoid it. But instead of alerting you of its danger, Nspire network promotes this product as beneficial. This is a deception. In John 8:44, the Devil is the deceiver who abides not in the truth “for he is a liar, and the father of it.” In John 10:10, the Devil is also known as the “thief” that “cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:” The Devil's character is the opposite of God's character. John 10:10 concludes with a description of God's character, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
